Emkay’s role is limited to referring Customers and does not carry any liability or responsibility with respect to Borderless Investing’s platform and any coordination by the Customer with Borderless Investing and/or Drivewealth. Once the customer(s) have been referred, they are solely responsible for any and all orders placed by them, and understand that all orders are unsolicited and based on their own individual investment decisions.
